Ideals into Practice (I2P) is a self-paced course that allows students to use their campus employment experience as a vehicle for reflection to carefully consider the transferrable skills they are developing. Students will reflect on their experiences in their campus employment role in an online portfolio and engage in two reflective conversations led by their campus employment supervisor.
