Campus Employment at Wesleyan (Students):

This session is an introduction to campus employment for Wesleyan students. Learn how to search and apply for campus jobs on Handshake, how to complete the required onboarding process before your first day of work, and how to record and track your record your hours in Wesleyan’s payroll system, WorkForce Time. Learn about work-study at Wesleyan such as eligibility and earning your award, and become familiar with campus employment policies, including those specifically applicable to international students. This session is 90 minutes in length: – Search & Apply for Jobs on Handshake – Work eligibility & required on-boarding (I9) – Federal policies for international students (OISA and International Tax) – 30 minutes – Work Study Eligibility & Earnings (Financial Aid) – Payroll Systems & Reporting Time Workforce Time to report worked hours (Workforce Time)
